latex-cjk-all software package provides installs all LaTeX CJK packages, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install latex-cjk-all
latex-cjk-all is installed in your system.
Make ensure the latex-cjk-all package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep latex-cjk-all *
You will get with latex-cjk-all package name, version, architecture and description in a table
